Within 48 hours delivered on your selected shipping orders are usually processed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on availability and location.

We accept returns only in case of a defective product or if a wrong item is delivered. Sealed packages for return or replacement claims without mandatory unboxing video are not accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or personal preference.

• Replacement: If found defective or incorrect after verification, we will arrange a free replacement.
• Refunds: Not standard and will be considered only in exceptional cases. Customers must write to us with proper reason and verified proof. Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified in preferred condition.
• Important: Must be unused and returned with original packaging. Damage due to mishandling or improper use is not covered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
