Shipping

Return and Replacement Policy
We accept returns only in cases where a defective product is received or a wrong item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, it is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package, the product, and the issue. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, or personal preference.
Replacement
If the product is found to be defective or incorrect after verification, we will arrange a free replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are not standard and will be considered only in exceptional cases. Customers must contact our support email with a valid reason and supporting proof.
If approved, refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified to be in proper condition.
Important Notes
- The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.
- Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use is not covered.
- All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
